Axonova Technologies (“Hindu Rituals”, “we”, “us”) runs hindurituals.org, where devotees in India and abroad book Hindu poojas and join festival poojas performed by our pandits. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, country and city.
• Pooja details: the pooja you book, preferred date and time, address for in-person ceremonies, and any notes you add.
• Sankalp details: your gotra, the names of family members you ask us to include, and the prayer or intention you share.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount, currency and a transaction reference. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

2. How we use it

• To perform the pooja you booked, including reading names and gotra in the sankalp.
• To confirm bookings, send receipts, and share videos and photos of the pooja (usually on WhatsApp).
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To tell you about upcoming festival poojas, if you have booked with us before. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep accounting, tax and payment records as required by law.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service:

• Our pandits, who receive the names, gotra and sankalp needed to perform your pooja.
• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Service providers that host our website and database and send our emails (such as Vercel, MongoDB Atlas and Resend). They process data on our behalf only.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us or we send you updates there.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

4. Family members’ information

When you give us the names of family members for a sankalp, you confirm that you are allowed to share them for this purpose. We use these names only for the pooja you booked.

5. International users

We are based in India and serve devotees worldwide. Your information may be stored and processed on servers in India or other countries where our service providers operate.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

7. Cookies

Our website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Razorpay’s checkout may set its own cookies to process payments securely. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you updates, by contacting us below. We handle your data in line with applicable Indian law.

9. Security

We use HTTPS throughout the site, restrict access to booking data to our team, and rely on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant systems for payments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

11. Contact and grievances
